Andre has more than 25 years work experience in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary engineering companies such as Hyundai Engineering and Construction, WSP Asia, Global Water Engineering, Fletcher Construction and Fletcher Earthquake Recovery.

Yasir Baloch

Revit / CAD Designer


Yasir has more than 15 years’ experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. A hard working team player with a good sense of time management and organisation skills, Yasir has shown himself to be a valuable member of any project team.

Victor Lantion

Senior Engineer

Victor brings extensive experience across structural engineering, construction, and project

delivery, gained through projects in New Zealand, the Middle East, and the Philippines.

Victor was also one of the pioneers of Fil Engineers in 2011, helping establish the company

in its early years.

Eddie He

Structural Manager (Auckland)

With over 10 years of post-graduate experience, Eddie is a professional structural engineer with background in structural design and construction monitoring in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and with track record of projects in New Zealand. During Christchurch Recovery since 2010, Eddie acquired a strong technical knowledge of seismic engineering

With a background in business management, Rosa plays a vital role in the office from organising meetings to dealing with the financials. She is the first, friendly and efficient point of contact for new and current clients.

Theunis brings more than 30 years of diverse professional experience spanning project

management, business development, marketing, and interface management across a wide

range of industries.

Madu Kandami

Civil Consultant

Madu is a Civil Engineer and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng NZ) with over 25 years of practical experience. She specialises in design, design review, and the provision of technical advice for infrastructure projects, including earthworks, stormwater management, wastewater, water supply, roading, pavement design, and flood assessments. Her experience covers land development and subdivision projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors.

She is passionate about her profession and committed to delivering a high standard of service. In addition, she serves as a practice area assessor for Engineering New Zealand.
