management, business development, marketing, and interface management across a wide

range of industries. His experience extends from residential and housing developments to

complex military systems and technology projects, giving him a broad understanding of

how to coordinate people, technical requirements, commercial objectives, and project

delivery.

Throughout his career, Theunis has worked across multidisciplinary environments where

effective communication, planning, stakeholder management, and coordination are critical to

successful outcomes. His ability to understand both the technical and commercial sides of a

project allows him to bridge the gap between clients, consultants, contractors, and project

teams.

At FIL Engineers, Theunis contributes to the firm's business development, client

relationships, project coordination, and strategic growth, helping ensure that clients

receive not only sound engineering advice but also responsive and well-coordinated service.

Outside of work, Theunis has a passion for aviation, particularly flying both fixed-wing

aircraft and rotorcraft (helicopters). His interest in aviation reflects many of the qualities

he brings to his professional life, precision, planning, situational awareness, and a strong

appreciation for technical systems.
