Victor brings extensive experience across structural engineering, construction, and project

delivery, gained through projects in New Zealand, the Middle East, and the Philippines.

Victor was also one of the pioneers of Fil Engineers in 2011, helping establish the company

in its early years. After pursuing opportunities outside the business, we are delighted to

welcome him back to the Fil Engineers team for the long term. His return brings not only

valuable technical experience, but also a strong connection to the company's history and the

values on which it was built.

Over the years, Victor's career has developed a strong focus on structural engineering, with

experience covering high-end residential developments, multi-unit housing, commercial and

industrial buildings, as well as civil structures. His current work includes structural design

and engineering solutions, together with the design of retaining walls and other structures

associated with civil works.

With his combination of engineering expertise, construction experience, and knowledge of

New Zealand practice, Victor is well placed to deliver practical, robust, and cost-effective

engineering solutions for our clients. We are pleased to have him back as part of the Fil

Engineers team and look forward to having him contribute to the company's next chapter.
