New Government support for residential construction market announced

The Government has confirmed 149 projects for their one-stop-shop Fast Track Approvals Bill, aimed at addressing key challenges. This initiative is expected to help rebuild the economy, tackle the housing crisis, improve energy security, and address the infrastructure deficit. Additionally, the Government plans to underwrite the construction of new houses, townhouses, and apartments, reducing development risks.
